and energy

WNR is not just an acronym — it is a philosophy: Workout, Nutrition and Recreation.

WNR is my personal path to health, energy and vitality — and a sincere wish to share it with you. WNR is not just an acronym, it is a philosophy that brings together three key components: Workout, Nutrition and Recreation.

The goal of the project is a healthy and energetic life 150 years long. I strive for a state where I always have enough energy and strength to conquer markets, take over worlds and reach the most ambitious goals.

Health and energy are not abstract goals — they are the foundation of human life. I believe a person can look 100%, feel on top every day, live at full energy and achieve anything they want. Iron health and boundless energy are tools for making dreams and ambitions real. I make a healthy lifestyle not just an aspiration but a real choice that helps you become the best version of yourself.

I've done sports since school. Around the age of 22–23 I realized sport would always be part of my life. In 2022 the foundations of the project were laid and the social media channels started. In 2025 I'm launching a full blog where I want to explore training, nutrition, recovery and human health in more depth.

It is important to understand that I am not a trainer, nutritionist, dietitian, doctor or psychologist. Everything I share is based on my personal experience and views. I only show how I apply techniques, exercises and methods in my own life, and how it works. Before making any changes to your lifestyle, always consult a qualified specialist and make decisions at your own risk.

WNR is a long-term process that is not limited to one year or a few months. It is a lifelong path. I want you to find inspiration in this project and make health and energy a priority in your life. Be healthy, be energetic and strive for the best version of yourself — there is no limit to it!

I'm not a trainer, nutritionist, or doctor. Everything is based on personal experience. Before making lifestyle changes — consult with a physician.
